IMPORTANT: READ BEFORE CONTINUING!

• There is a $20 non refundable deposit due at the time of booking. This goes towards the cost of the service. All deposits can be sent to CashApp ($theellises4). The remainder of your appointment must be paid in cash so please bring exact change.
• After hour appointments may be available. There is a $30 fee added to your service. Please text (815) 348-7541 to check availability.
• PLEASE No kids or extra guests at the time of your appointment.
• There is a three(3) day grace period for any breaks or lifting of your nails. After that you will be charged for repairs.
• There is a 10 minute grace period before you will be asked to rebook.
• No call no shows will lose their deposit and be banned from booking.
• The nail room is cleaned between each client and the end of each day to prevent the spread of COVID-19. KJ's Nail Hause and all other entities related to are not responsible for contracting or spreading COVID-19 and will not be held responsible if you do contract the virus.
• You MAY BE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE once(1), with a 24-hour notice, under the same deposit. After that, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required for booking.
